Payment Plans

Payment plans

We want dental care to feel achievable, not stressful. If you would like to spread the cost, we offer a few flexible payment options.

Buy now, pay later

We accept the following payment platforms (subject to approval by the provider):

These providers set the approval process, limits, repayment schedule, and any fees or interest that may apply. If you are unsure which option suits you, our team can help you compare them at reception.

Using super for dental treatment (Compassionate Release) via SuperCare

In limited circumstances, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) may approve early release of super on compassionate grounds to help pay for medically necessary dental treatment. This is generally intended as a last resort, when there is no other reasonable way to pay.

We partner with SuperCare to help eligible patients with the administration and paperwork involved in an application.

You may be eligible if the treatment is medically necessary to:

  • Treat a life-threatening illness or injury, or
  • Alleviate acute or chronic pain, or
  • Alleviate an acute or chronic mental illness.

What you typically need for an application

  • An itemised treatment plan/quote from us
  • Supporting health practitioner report(s) (ATO requirements apply)
  • The application is lodged through ATO online services, and the ATO makes the final decision.

Important to know

  • Cosmetic-only treatment is not eligible. The ATO focuses on medical necessity.
  • Early release of super can have tax implications and may impact your retirement savings.
  • Approval is not guaranteed.

If you would like to explore this pathway, ask us for an itemised quote and we can explain the practical steps (including how SuperCare may assist).
