Arriving at Our Practice

When you arrive at our state-of-the-art practice in Winmalee Village, you will be greeted by one of our friendly reception team members.

In our waiting area, you are welcome to:

  • Complete your new patient forms
  • Enjoy a tea or coffee
  • Charge your mobile phone using our available chargers
  • Let children enjoy the educational toys provided

We have designed the space to feel calm, welcoming, and family-friendly.

Your Consultation

Your appointment begins with a relaxed conversation with your clinician. We will take the time to discuss:

  • Any concerns or symptoms
  • Past dental experiences
  • Anxieties or sensitivities
  • Your expectations and goals

This initial discussion is simply about getting to know you.

Comprehensive Examination

Once seated in our premium dental chair, we will begin by taking detailed records and digital scans of your mouth.

A thorough examination is carried out, assessing:

  • Teeth
  • Gums
  • Jaw joints and muscles
  • Bite and function

We also take clinical photographs to clearly illustrate any findings. During this time, you may notice the calming scent of our aromatherapy diffusers or enjoy your favourite Netflix shows on the ceiling-mounted TV.

Clean, Polish, and Protection

Following the examination, we complete a professional clean and polish, carefully removing soft plaque and hardened tartar.

This is followed by a remineralising topical fluoride treatment, designed to strengthen enamel and help restore areas that may be weakened.

Our goal is not just to clean, but to protect and support long-term oral health.
